Mediterranean Diet, lots of olive oil healthy? Debunking this misconception with scientific research

The Mediterranean Diet Myth - Vegetables, Fruit, Naturally Low Caloric Density, Hard Physical Work, Yes! Olive Oil, Nuts, Seeds, & Chocolate? I Don't Think So!!

Those "healthy salads", should be toned down on lots of processed olive oil (that is not guaranteed its claimed virginity or purity either) and industrial quantities of nuts. Your heart will be thankful!
